Important Notes
- Withdrawal requests cut off time is 12:00 AEST/AEDT. If your withdrawal is submitted before this time, it will be processed on the day of receipt. If your withdrawal is submitted after this time, it will be processed on the following business day
- IST Markets does not charge additional fees for deposits and/or withdrawals. However, you should be aware that additional fees may occur at some banking institutions. IST Markets is not responsible for any additional bank charges.
- International Bank Wire Transfers may take up to 14 days and incur additional intermediary and/or beneficiary fees.
- Credit / Debit Card withdrawals* are processed free of charge. Once processed, Credit / Debit Card
withdrawals may take 3-5 business days to reach you credit card. You should however be aware that in some
rare occasions, this may sometimes take up to 10 business days depending on the banks end.
*Please note Credit card withdrawals may not be available for all countries
- Should you wish to withdraw an amount in excess of the sum deposited by Verified by Visa /MasterCard Secure Credit / Debit Card, you will be required to utilize another deposit method used earlier or a bank wire option.
- Neteller / Skrill withdrawals must be made from the same account from where the funds were sent initially. These transactions are instant once processed.
- If your uploaded credit / debit card has already expired, please upload the new card in your client area to continue using the deposit and withdrawals services without any interruptions. If the new card’s number is different to the expired card’s number, you would need to submit a letter issued from the old card’s issuer bank confirming that the new card has been issued in replacement of the old card.
- If your uploaded credit / debit card has been lost / stolen / damaged / cancelled, you would need to submit a letter issued from the old card’s issuer bank confirming that the old card is no longer valid.
- If the newly uploaded card has not been used for funding prior to requesting a withdrawal, you would need to deposit a small amount to activate withdrawal facility on this card.
- IST Markets, at its own discretion, may ask you to submit supporting documentation (for example, deposit receipts for the payments processed via old card or card statement showing deposit transactions) before releasing funds to the new card.
- To withdraw an amount more than the sum deposited by Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Credit / Debit Card, you will be required to use another deposit method that has been used earlier or a bank wire transfer option.
- For first Wire transfer withdrawals we require that you provide us with a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
- For first Vietnamese Internet banking withdrawals, we require that you provide us with a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
- If you are withdrawing your funds deposited via Thai Internet Banking option to a Thai bank account, you will require to upload a clear picture or a coloured scan copy of your bank book. Once processed, the funds may take one business day to reach your account.
- For first Malaysian Internet banking withdrawals, we require that you provide us with a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
- For first Indonesian Internet banking withdrawals, we require that you provide us with a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
- IST Markets does not process payments to third parties. Please ensure that all withdrawal requests from your trading account go to a bank account or a source in your name. Payments to Joint Bank Accounts / Credit Cards are accepted if the trading account holder is one on the parties on the Bank Account / Credit Card.
FAQs
Does IST Markets charge conversion fees?
We charge a conversion fee when you deposit or withdraw funds in a currency that is not USD.
As the IST Markets platform operates in USD, we do not charge any fees when you deposit or withdraw funds in USD.
However, if you deposit in any of our supported currencies (EUR, GBP, AUD, RMB, THB, IDR, MYR, VND, PHP, SEK, DKK, NOK, PLN, CZK, PEN, MXN, QAR, BHD, OMR, AED, SGD), we charge a fee to convert the funds to USD.
We also charge a conversion fee when you withdraw funds from your IST Markets trading account in any of these currencies.
If you deposit or withdraw funds in a currency we don’t support, any fee for converting to or from USD is charged by your payment provider, not by IST Markets.
Conversion fees vary according to your payment method, currency and IST Markets Club level. You can find full details on our fees page here under ‘Conversion fees’.
There are no USD conversion fees when depositing funds from your IST Markets Money account. You can save up to £5 for every £1,000 you deposit.
Why can't I withdraw funds from my IST Markets investment account?
To withdraw funds, you need to place a withdrawal request.
In case you are not able to complete this step, please make sure:

You are trying to withdraw at least the minimum amount required of $30 USD
Also bear in mind that a withdrawal fee of $5 USD will be deducted from the amount selected.

You have enough funds in your available balance
Only funds from your available balance can be withdrawn, not funds invested in open positions.

Your account is fully verified and without limitations

The new payment method you added is valid
If you added details of a new payment method, it must be in your name and be registered in your country of residence.

Which fees and commissions does IST Markets have?
There are 5 types of fees on IST Markets:
- Conversion fee: apply to non-USD deposits and withdrawals.
- Spread: the difference between the BUY and SELL prices of a certain asset. The spread is a common way in which brokers charge fees.
- Overnight fee: also called rollover fee and refers to the payment for holding a CFD position overnight.
- Withdrawal fee: all withdrawal requests are subject to a $5 USD fee.
- Inactivity fee: charged after 12 months with no login activity.
There are also fees associated with transferring crypto and using the IST Markets Money crypto wallet.
When will I receive my withdrawal?
As long as the account is fully verified and no additional documentation is required, you may request to withdraw any and all funds that are available in your Cash available balance at any time without limitation.
We will send you an email confirming your withdrawal status within 2 business days of your request.
Normally, you will receive your funds in a few days. However, from the time you request the withdrawal it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used:

* For various reasons that include security procedure requirements, some withdrawals may be only processed on the next business day
When you request a withdrawal, we ask you to choose an alternative payment method in the withdrawal form.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to send the withdrawal amount to the original payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your IST Markets account. If the amount you are requesting to withdraw exceeds the amount deposited with a single credit / debit card or bank transfer, we will send the full amount to another payment method used to fund your account if applicable.
If any of your original payment methods can no longer receive funds, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team before you request the withdrawal so that we can exclude the inactive payment method from being used in future withdrawals
